1/ RATE:
Prices published on the internet are for land cost only and in US dollars per person.
Price Inclusion & Exclution: Please read carefully below tour schedule
2/ PAYMENT:
+ Deposit: A deposit of 40% of total tour cost is required 30 days prior to arrival date in order to ensure reservations of accommodation and tour products. Any booking not deposited with us by this time will automatically cancel without notification to you.
+ Final payment: Final payment must be paid upon arrival. Vouchers will be issued before one week from the departure date.

3/ CANCELLATION:
+ Cancellation 21 working days prior to arrival date: 10% of total tour cost.
+ Cancellation 7 working days prior to arrival date: 40% of total tour cost.
4/ RESERVATION:
All services can be booked through our head office in Hanoi.
5/ CONFIRMATIONS:
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
6/ REDUCTIONS:
For 15 full-fare travelers, the sixteenth is complimentary.
Children discount:
+ Under 2 years: 10% of adult fare.
+ From 2 to 12 years: 25% of adult fare
7/ RESPONSIBILITY:
We are not responsible for any loss, injuries or damages sustained by the passengers. Additional expenses due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, change of schedules or other irregularities arising from circumstances beyond our control must born by passengers
