(1) When guest arrive Landing area, staff will:

Pick up guest with a welcome board

Collect passport and 02 photo 4×6 cm and visa stamp fee
-
Do all visa process at Visa on Arrival counter.
-
Return passport with visa sticked to guest
(1) Guest make a queue for passport checking
(2) Guest collect luggage and get out the luggage checking

FASTRACK

(1) When guest arrive Landing area, staff will:

Pick up guest with a welcome board

Collect passport and 02 photo 4×6 cm and visa stamp fee
-
Do all FAST visa process at Visa on Arrival counter (Time duration is around 5-10 minutes).
-
Return passport with visa sticked to guest
(2) Guest can have FAST passport checking.
(3) Guest collect luggage and get out the luggage checking

(1) When guest arrive Landing area, staff will:

Pick up guest with a welcome board

Collect passport and 02 photo 4×6 cm and visa stamp fee.

Take guest get out of the Visa and Immigration area to Baggage claim for guest to collect luggage
-
Staff go to do the whole process of getting visa and completing immigration steps for guest.

Return passport with visa sticked to guest.
-
Take passport and luggage to get out the airport.
